Swim Meet Manager · Windows

From the first entry to the last touchpad, run it from one desk.

MeetDirector Swim Meet Manager is the meet-running app for the table. It reads the entry files your teams already send, seeds the meet, takes times straight from the timing system, drives the scoreboard, scores and prints — and shares all of it live with every computer and phone on deck.

Try it free in evaluation mode before you license it.

Before the meet

Build the meet from the files you already get

Import events and entries in the Hy-Tek formats coaches send today — zipped or not — and let the seeding engine do the rest.

  • Entries, relays, event files, records and time standards import straight in
  • Timed finals, prelims/finals and circle seeding, with protected finals heats and multi-age events
  • Sessions, warm-up planning, lane preferences and relay lineups
  • Fees, payments and deposits in one ledger, with team receipts

Entry files

HY3, CL2 and SD3 entries from every team, matched to the athletes you already have.

Seeding

Seed timed finals, prelims and finals by the rules, course-aware, with a scratch pad for the clerk.

Records & standards

Meet, pool and national records, qualifying times and standard sets flagged as they fall.

Financials

Entry and custom fees, payments, refunds, deposit batches and team balances.

During the meet

Times from the pool, not a keyboard

Swim Meet Manager talks to the timing system directly. Pad and backup times land in the lane grid, suspicious backups are flagged for review, and the scoreboard follows along.

  • Warnings when a race doesn't match the event — wrong distance or a duplicate — before it's applied
  • Clerk of Course for late entries and time trials, DQ inbox and judges' decisions
  • Score events as you go: team scores, high point and dual meets
  • Award labels printed as events finish, with a record of what's gone out

A look inside

What the table sees

From a demo meet, so every swimmer, team and time here is invented.

A meet, not a machine

Every computer on deck, working the same meet

Swim Meet Manager Professional shares the meet live. The clerk takes a late entry, the Run desk sees it; a result is applied, and it's on every coach's and parent's phone.

Role-scoped meet codes

Admin, Run, Clerk, Report, Official and Coach codes — each machine or phone can do its job and nothing more. Rotate a code or remove a device at any time.

Built for pool Wi-Fi

Each machine keeps working through a dropped connection and sends its changes when it's back, with guards against two desks editing the same lane.

Announcements to the deck

Send meet alerts from the desktop to officials, coaches and families on their phones.

A full audit trail

The Meet Audit Log records what changed, where and when — so a question at the referee's table has an answer.

About 50 reports

Heat sheets in one to three columns, psych sheets, timer sheets, programs, results, DQ, officials and money reports — preview, print or save to PDF.

Stays current

Built-in update checks, backup packages to move a meet between computers, and one click to report a problem.

Bring your next meet to the table.

Swim Meet Manager reads the files your teams already use, so moving your next meet over is a file import, not a rebuild.
