The MeetDirector family
The timing table, the clerk, the officials, the coaches and every family in the stands — all looking at the same meet, live. MeetDirector connects a desktop meet manager, three phone apps and a year-round website into one system built for swimming.
Five products, one system
Each one stands on its own. Together they share one meet — so a result entered at the table is on a parent's phone before the next heat is on the blocks.
Runs the meet from the table: entries, seeding, timing systems, scoreboards, results, awards and money — shared live with every machine on deck.
Explore Swim Meet Manager → The websiteHost meets, take entries and payments, publish results and rankings, and give every coach, swimmer and family a home for the season.
Explore MeetDirector.Online → iPhone & AndroidYour heat and lane, when you're up, every result and time drop — plus goals and progress between meets. For swimmers and families.
Explore MDO Swimmer → iPhone & AndroidLive results, heat sheets, splits and your whole roster on deck — with your coach credentials ready for the clerk.
Explore MDO Coach → iPhone & AndroidWalk up, register, check in to the session and see your assignment — no clipboard line at the officials' table.
Explore MDO Meet Day →How it connects
Swim Meet Manager shares the meet through MeetDirector's live sync. Other computers and phones join with a meet code, and each code carries a role — so a coach's phone can never do what the Run machine does.
Swim Meet Manager on the Run, Clerk and Report computers, connected to the timing system and scoreboard.
One meet code per role. Changes flow both ways, and a machine that loses the Wi-Fi catches up when it's back.
MDO Meet Day, Coach and Swimmer. Families see heat sheets and results — never birth dates, contact details or payments.
Entries and payments come in before the meet; results, rankings, goals and progress live on after it. Files move in the Hy-Tek formats the sport already uses.
