Free evaluation · Windows

Try Swim Meet Manager on a meet of your own.

The demo is the real meet-running app, not a video. Import the entry files your teams already send, seed the meet, run a heat from the timing system and print the results — then license it when you're ready, without reinstalling.

  • Hy-Tek HY3, CL2, SD3 and EV3 files import straight in
  • Colorado System 6 and Gen7, Dolphin wireless and scoreboards
  • Seeding, scoring, awards and about 50 reports

Tell us about your team

Optional — every field. It helps us know who's trying Swim Meet Manager.

If you leave an email we may write to offer help with your first meet. We never share or sell it.

Version 1.1.0.6 · 53.7 MB · Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit

What's in the demo

The whole app, sized for a trial meet

The evaluation runs everything a meet needs at the table, with three limits a license lifts. Licensing is a key typed into the app you already have — no reinstall, and your meets stay where they are.

Up to 60 swimmers and 24 events

Per meet — enough to import a dual or a small invitational and run it end to end.

Reports marked "Evaluation"

Heat sheets, psych sheets and results print in full, with an evaluation stamp until the copy is licensed.

Live sync and cloud backup

Sharing one meet live across computers and phones is part of Swim Meet Manager Professional; cloud backup is an add-on.
